Our apartments are located one block east of the OSU* campus in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and within walking distance of banking, shopping, and dining.
Eskimo Joes is less than a block away, and there is no need for expensive on campus parking permits.

Our complex is medium in size with 108 units, both one and two-bedrooms. Not too big - and not too small.
We are an all-bills-paid complex (including our new 1GB fiber internet), which saves on hefty utility deposits and variations in billing cycles. No caps or overages.
